YUKEN , REXROTH AND VICKERS ARE the three top brands in the hydraulic field. THEY all offer A wide range of hydraulic pump product lines, INCLUDING plunger pumps, VANE pumps and GEAR pumps.No single “specification sheet” can cover all models, because each brand has many series and variants. The selection needs to be determined according to the requirements of the specific application’s pressure, flow rate, speed, control method, installation method, etc.
The following is an overview of the main hydraulic pump types of these three brands and the naming rules and key specification ranges of some representative series models for your reference:
- REXROTH (Rexroth-Germany, Bosch Rexroth)
The most complete product line, advanced technology and wide range of applications. - Axial piston pump (mainly variable pump): This is Rexroth’s core advantage product.
Main series:
A10VSO: Open loop, swash plate design, very classic and widely used.Models such as A10VSO 28 DFR1/31R-PPA12N00.
Displacement: from a few cc/rev to 250+cc/rev (such as 28, 45, 71, 100, 140, 180, 250)。
Pressure: The maximum working pressure is usually 280 bar (some models are higher), and the peak pressure is 350 bar.

V series (PVB/PVC/PVQ/PVF): The most classic and widely used quantitative vane pump series. Models such as PVB5-23, PVQ32-40.
PVB/PVC: single pump (PVB), double pump (PVC).Wide range of displacement (such as PVB: 5-237 cc/rev).
PVQ: Modular design, larger flow rate, can be combined into single, double, and triple pumps.Larger displacement (such as 19-140 cc/rev).
