3.3 Key Notes on Parameters

For pressure above 16 MPa (160 kgf/cm²), the shaft speed must be raised over 1450 r/min.

When using phosphate ester or water-containing fluids, the maximum speed is limited to 1200 r/min.

For PV2R3-116 at speeds above 1700 r/min, the suction pressure is limited to 0 MPa.

5. General Precautions

The maximum viscosity is limited when starting at low speeds. Refer to the “Hydraulic Fluids” section in EIC-N-1001 for details.

Use fluororubber seals (indicated by F- prefix) when handling phosphate ester fluids to ensure compatibility and durability.

Typical pump characteristics are tested at a viscosity of 20 mm²/s (100 SSU) with ISO VG 32 oil at 50°C (122°F).
