1.1 Single Vane Pumps
The PV2R series single vane pumps are high-pressure, high-performance hydraulic components specifically developed for low-noise operation. They cover a wide range of geometric displacements from 5.8 cm³/rev to 237.0 cm³/rev, making them suitable for various applications such as injection moulding machines. The integral driving parts are integrated into a cartridge kit, enabling easy replacement and maintenance without disassembling the entire pump.
1.2 Double Vane Pumps
The PV2R series double vane pumps consist of two single PV2R series pumps combined in tandem within a single housing, driven by a common shaft. They are equipped with one suction port and two discharge ports, allowing the output flow to be supplied to separate hydraulic circuits simultaneously, thus optimizing system efficiency and integration.

Anti-clockwise rotation pumps are available on request. Contact YUKEN for detailed specifications.

The maximum viscosity is limited when starting at low speeds. Refer to the “Hydraulic Fluids” section in EIC-N-1001 for details.

Use fluororubber seals (indicated by F- prefix) when handling phosphate ester fluids to ensure compatibility and durability.

Typical pump characteristics are tested at a viscosity of 20 mm²/s (100 SSU) with ISO VG 32 oil at 50°C (122°F).
