Integrated Package Option: PVE 41/45-25V models combine a PVE variable displacement section with a 25V fixed intra-vane section in a single unit, reducing installation cost and space with one mounting pad and inlet line.

Thru-Drive Capability: Available for PVE 19/21 models, enabling multi-pump configurations for complex hydraulic systems.
4. Control Options

Pressure Compensator (“A” Option): Automatically adjusts displacement to meet system flow demand at constant pressure. Displacement reduces to zero within 14 bar (200 psi) of the compensator setting, minimizing power loss.

Pressure Compensator with Adjustable Max Volume Stop: Same as “A” option, plus manual adjustment of maximum displacement from 25% to 100% via separate bolts.

Load Sensing Compensator with Pressure Limiter (“B” Option): Provides load sensing control across all pressure ranges, maintaining outlet pressure 11 bar (160 psi) above load pressure. Switches to pressure limiting at preset max pressure, with transition within 14 bar (200 psi) of the set pressure. 24 bar load sensing option is also available.

Remote Pressure Control (“CG”/”D”/”J” Options): Same as pressure compensator, but allows operators to adjust compensator settings via a remote pilot relief valve.

Dual Electrical Pressure Compensator Kit: Automatically adjusts output flow at two preset pressures, suitable for low-power startup and normal operation.

Pre-Startup: Fill the housing with system hydraulic oil through the top case drain port before startup. The case drain line must be connected below the tank liquid level.
