Working Principle

The NACHI high-pressure fixed-displacement vane pump is mainly composed of rotor, stator, vanes, port plate and end cover. The inner surface of the stator is a cylindrical hole, and there is an eccentricity between the rotor and the stator. When the pump works, the vanes can slide flexibly in the rotor slots. Under the action of centrifugal force during rotor rotation and the pressure oil introduced into the root of the vanes, the top of the vanes is closely attached to the inner surface of the stator.

This forms a number of sealed working chambers between two adjacent vanes, the port plate, the stator and the rotor. When the rotor rotates counterclockwise, the volume of the sealed working chamber gradually increases at the suction port, creating a vacuum, and the oil is sucked in through the suction port and the window on the port plate. As the rotor continues to rotate, the volume of the working chamber gradually decreases, compressing the oil, and the pressure oil is discharged through the window on the port plate and the discharge port, thus realizing the conversion of mechanical energy to hydraulic energy and the continuous delivery of pressure oil.
