1. Overview

The CBHL series gear pump is a high-performance medium and high-pressure external gear pump, featuring a compact structure, reliable operation, and excellent working efficiency. Adopting advanced hydraulic technology and high-quality materials, this series of pumps is specially designed for hydraulic systems that require stable pressure output and long service life, and is widely used in various industrial and engineering fields.

2. Product Features

  • Advanced Structural Design: It adopts a three-piece structure, with a high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy pump body. This design effectively reduces the overall weight of the pump while ensuring sufficient structural strength, achieving the characteristics of small volume and light weight, which is convenient for installation and layout in limited space.
  • High Volumetric Efficiency: Equipped with wear-resistant and pollution-resistant SF composite material rolled DU bearings, which have excellent impact resistance and self-lubricating performance. The floating pressure side plate and tooth tip “scraping” technology can control the axial clearance within an optimal range under various working conditions, significantly improving the volumetric efficiency of the pump.
  • Durable and Reliable Performance: The front and rear pump covers are connected to the pump body as a whole by two pins and eight screws, which simplifies disassembly, assembly and maintenance processes, reducing maintenance time and costs. The key components are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, ensuring long service life and strong load-bearing capacity even under high-pressure working conditions.

6. Usage Notes

  • The hydraulic oil should meet the specified requirements: Use L-HM 46# hydraulic oil in summer and L-HM 32# hydraulic oil in winter. Replace the hydraulic oil in time if it is contaminated or deteriorated.
  • The filtration precision of the hydraulic system should be 25 microns or higher to prevent impurities from entering the pump and causing wear.
  • The working temperature of the hydraulic oil should be controlled between -25°C and 80°C to avoid affecting the pump’s performance and service life.
  • Before starting the pump, ensure that the inlet and outlet oil circuits are unobstructed, and add a protective cover to the oil inlet and outlet when not in use.
  • Regularly check the tightness of the pump’s connecting parts and the wear of key components, and perform maintenance and replacement in a timely manner.
