Working Principle
The BF110M series adopts an external gear meshing mechanism, consisting of a driving gear and a driven gear enclosed in a precision-machined housing. When the driving gear is activated by a prime mover, it drives the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction. The meshing and disengagement of the gears create periodic volume changes in the enclosed chambers:

During disengagement, the volume of the suction chamber increases, forming a vacuum that draws fluid into the pump through the inlet.

As the gears rotate, the fluid is trapped in the tooth grooves and transported along the inner wall of the housing to the discharge chamber.

During meshing, the volume of the discharge chamber decreases, compressing the fluid and pushing it out through the outlet to provide continuous fluid power.
The pump features a built-in adjustable pressure relief valve, which allows regulating the operating pressure up to 8 bar and prevents overpressure damage to the system.
