Operating Principle
Following the working principle of external meshing gear pumps, the NSH10 series operates through the rotation of two interlocking gears (a driving gear and an idler gear) enclosed in an aluminum casing. When the driving gear rotates (powered by a splined shaft), it drives the idler gear to rotate in the opposite direction. This rotation creates a low-pressure area at the inlet, drawing hydraulic fluid into the gaps between the gear teeth and the casing. The trapped fluid is then conveyed around the casing perimeter to the outlet side. As the gear teeth mesh at the outlet, the volume of the fluid-containing gaps decreases, generating high pressure that forces the fluid into the hydraulic circuit.
