- Contamination Control: Maintain oil contamination within NAS Grade 10; suction port requires a ≥100 μm (150 mesh) reservoir filter, return line requires a ≤10 μm line filter.
- Mounting: The filling port should be positioned upwards; use a flexible coupling to avoid bending or thrust stress; maximum permissible shaft misalignment is less than 0.1 mm TIR, maximum misangular is less than 0.2°.
- Suction Pressure: Permissible suction pressure at the inlet port is between -16.7 and +50 kPa; the height of the pump suction port should be within 1 meter from the oil level in the reservoir.
