What models of ALP series gear pumps are available

Marzocchi ALP series gear pumps are divided into four sub-series according to the displacement range, each series contains a variety of models, suitable for different flow and pressure requirements.The following is a list of optional models organized based on reliable sources. The model suffix (such as FG) indicates a special configuration (such as flange optimization). The specific selection needs to be combined with the working conditions and parameters to consult authorized suppliers (such as Suzhou Lidesheng Electromechanical).
ALP1 series (small flow application)
Displacement range: 1.4~13.8 cm3/rev, suitable for low-flow scenarios such as lubricating oil systems.
Standard models: ALP1-D-2, ALP1-D-3, ALP1-D-4, ALP1-D-5, ALP1-D-6, ALP1-D-7, ALP1-D-9, ALP1-D-11, ALP1-D-13, ALP1-D-16, ALP1-D-20.
Optimized models (A suffix): ALP1A-D-2, ALP1A-D-3, ALP1A-D-4, ALP1A-D-5, ALP1A-D-6, ALP1A-D-7, ALP1A-D-9, ALP1A-D-11, ALP1A-D-13, ALP1A-D-16, ALP1A-D-20.

ALP4 series (ultra-high voltage/high speed application)

Displacement range: 87~200 cm3/rev, suitable for large-scale hydraulic equipment or high-pressure conveying needs.
Standard models: ALP4-D-130, ALP4-D-160, ALP4-D-190, ALP4-D-220, ALP4-D-250, ALP4-D-270, ALP4-D-300.
Special configuration models (E/A suffix): ALP4E-D-130, ALP4E-D-160, ALP4E-D-190, ALP4E-D-220, ALP4E-D-250, ALP4E-D-270, ALP4E-D-300, ALP4A-D-130, ALP4A-D-160, ALP4A-D-190, ALP4A-D-220.
Special suffix description
FG suffix: Indicates the optimized design of the flange (such as ALP1-D-3-FG), which is suitable for specific installation interfaces.
V/ST/W suffix: Support high temperature (-40°C to +120°C), low temperature or low lubricating media (such as ethylene glycol water), respectively, need to be customized (such as ALP3A-D-135-V).
When selecting the model, it is recommended to provide parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and medium to match the best model.
