Main Series of Gear Pumps

1. QX Series (Internal Gear Pumps)

• Structure: Modern 5th-generation design, aluminum or cast iron housing, high-precision internal gears, improved sealing system, compact design. Both single and double pump models are available.
• Performance: 0.1–400 cm³/rev (depending on the model), some models can reach 800 cm³/rev.
• Maximum Pressure: up to 280 bar (for model QX52-040R29 — 280 bar).
• Features: High reliability, low noise level, long service life, optimized gear geometry to reduce energy loss, adaptability to various operating conditions. The QX series products have proven their quality over more than 30 years of existence.
• Application: Construction and agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, oil and gas industry, food and chemical industries, hydraulic drive systems for various purposes.

2. QXV Series (Modified Internal Gear Pumps)

• Structure: Modified version of the QX series, corrosion-resistant materials, improved sealing, adapted to work with aggressive media and variable temperatures.
• Performance: 0.5–100 cm³/rev (depending on the model).
• Maximum Pressure: up to 250 bar.
• Features: High corrosion resistance, reliability when working with chemical media, low operating costs, easy maintenance.
• Application: Chemical industry, oil and gas equipment, food industry, municipal vehicles.
• Typical Models: QXV53-050R.

3. AP Series (External Gear Pumps)

• Structure: Robust cast iron housing, high-strength external gears, reinforced sealing system, modular structure for easy installation and maintenance.
• Performance: 10–300 cm³/rev (for model AP300/45D218 — 300 cm³/rev).
• Maximum Pressure: up to 350 bar (for model AP300/45D218 — 350 bar).
• Features: High load-bearing capacity, stability under high pressures and temperatures, durability, suitable for harsh operating conditions.

4. QX-DOUBLE Series (Double Internal Gear Pumps)

• Structure: Double structure based on the QX series, compact arrangement of two pumps in one housing, common rotation axis, improved tightness.
• Performance: Total performance from 10 to 125 cm³/rev (depending on model combination), for example, QX41-050/32-016R — combination of two pumps.
• Maximum Pressure: up to 280 bar.
• Features: Space saving during installation, reduced energy consumption, possibility of independent control of two hydraulic systems, high reliability.
• Application: Complex hydraulic systems, metallurgical equipment, presses, equipment for automotive production (e.g., Tesla casting machines).
