The specifications and application information of Parker PGP640 series gear pumps are as follows:
Core performance parameters
Working pressure: continuous working pressure up to 275 bar (4000 psi), intermittent pressure up to higher values.
Speed range: The maximum speed is 3300 rpm.
Displacement range: 30-80 cm3/rev (corresponding models such as PGP640A0300, PGP640A0400, PGP640A0800, etc.), the flow calculation needs to combine the speed and volumetric efficiency (about 90%-95%).
Temperature adaptability: Not clearly defined, but the material design is suitable for high temperature conditions in industrial environments.

Structure and design characteristics
Material and structure: The interlocking two-piece cast iron shell is used, and it is equipped with bronze balance side plates or tin bronze thrust plates to improve the durability and stability under high pressure.
Noise reduction technology: Optimize the gear design, and the operating noise is significantly lower than that of traditional pumps.
