20V series vane pump specifications
The 20V series is a high-performance VANE pump product line under the VICKERS brand. The main technical parameters are as follows：
Model example: 20V-5A-1D-22R, 20V-11A-1C-22R double pump, 20V-3A-1A-22R, etc.
Working pressure: up to 210bar (about 3000psi), suitable for continuous high-pressure work
Flow characteristics: Standard flow range 5-200L/min (specific models are different)
Speed range: standard speed 500-1500r/min
Application field: Suitable for injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, construction machinery and other industrial equipment.
25V series vane pump specifications
The 25V series is the same as the Wiggs product line, and the technical specifications are as follows：
Model example: 25V17A-1D22R, 25V21A-1C22R, 25V-21A-1D-22R, etc.
Working pressure: up to 21MPa (about 210bar), suitable for medium and high pressure systems
Application areas: Suitable for plastic machinery, shoe leather machinery, machine tools, die casting and metallurgical equipment
Application scenario differences
20V series: more suitable for occasions where high-pressure continuous work is required, such as injection molding machines, hydraulic presses and other industrial equipment
25V series: suitable for high-performance systems with strict pressure requirements, such as plastic machinery, shoe leather machinery, machine tools, etc.
Dual pump application: 2520V, 3520V and other dual models can meet the needs of more complex hydraulic systems；
Process steps：
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
