2. Design & Structural Features

  • Construction Materials: The pump body is made of aluminum alloy for lightweight and corrosion resistance; the flange and rear cover adopt cast iron to ensure high rigidity and pressure resistance. Gears are designed as integral gear-shaft structure with 12 teeth, enhancing durability. DU bearings are used for high load capacity and wear resistance, and nitrile (NBR) seals are standard (Viton seals optional for high-temperature applications).
  • Performance Advantages: Equipped with floating bushes for axial compensation, maintaining high volumetric efficiency across different pressure ranges. It features quiet operation, suitable for noise-sensitive environments, and a compact, space-saving design that fits limited installation spaces. Every pump undergoes 100% hydraulic testing after assembly to ensure consistent performance.
  • Port & Mounting: Adopts European standard flanged ports; threaded ports are available but may reduce pump service life. The mounting complies with Group 3.5 standard flange, with SAE or other options available on request.

3. Operational Notes

  • Standard rotation direction: Clockwise (viewed from the shaft end); bidirectional rotation is available as a special version, but the maximum pressure must be reduced by 10% for bidirectional pumps.
  • If the pump operates exclusively under continuous pressure (P1), the maximum operating speed must be reduced by 10% to ensure stable performance.
  • Recommended inlet pressure: 0.2~0.5 bar (2.9~7.25 psi) for optimal efficiency.
  • Fluid Compatibility: Suitable for mineral oils and synthetic hydraulic fluids with a viscosity of 10~100 cSt at 40°C.
  • Application Scope: Widely used in mobile equipment (such as farm vehicles, snow plows, and lifts) and industrial hydraulic systems that require stable medium-pressure output.

Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
