IV. Core Operation Guide
1. Installation Points

Shaft Alignment: The coaxiality error of the coupling shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the axial clearance shall be ≥3mm.

Suction Pipeline: It is recommended to use a larger size, avoid being too long (≤1m), and install a foot valve to prevent cavitation.

Fixing Method: Tighten the flange bolts evenly, and the torque shall comply with SAE standards.

Sealing Treatment: Use Parker special seals and avoid using silicone-containing sealants.
2. Start-up Process

Check the oil level (the tank volume should be 5-10 times the pump flow).

Open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve, prime the pump and bleed air.

Run idle for 2 minutes (≤1500 rpm) and check for leakage and temperature rise.

Gradually open the outlet valve and increase the pressure in increments of 500 psi.
