3. Control and Adjustment Parameters

Control Mode: Pressure compensator control (Model 01), which can automatically adjust the displacement according to the system pressure to maintain stable working pressure.

Pressure Adjustment: Turning the pressure adjustment screw clockwise increases the pressure; the adjustable pressure range is 1.2-16 MPa, and the pressure adjustment volume per full turn of the screw is 6.5 MPa.

Flow Adjustment: Turning the flow adjustment screw clockwise decreases the flow; the minimum adjustable flow is 1.2 cm³/rev, and the flow adjustment volume per full turn of the screw is 1.5 cm³/rev.
4. Installation and Piping Requirements

Mounting Type: Flange mounting (Model F), ensuring stable installation and reducing vibration during operation.

Shaft Alignment: It is recommended to use a flexible coupling to avoid bending or thrust stress on the shaft; the maximum permissible misalignment is less than 0.1 mm TIR, and the maximum permissible misangular is less than 0.2°.

Piping Specifications: The inner diameter of the suction port pipe should be not less than 12 mm (1/2 inch); the length of the drain pipe should be less than 1 m, and the pipe end should be submerged in oil; the pressure in the pump housing should be maintained at a normal pressure of less than 0.1 MPa and a surge pressure of less than 0.5 MPa.
