YUKEN A3H series hydraulic pumps are high-pressure variable piston pumps developed by YUKEN Company. They have a variety of specifications and models. The following are introduced from four aspects: basic model, suffix combination, complete model example, and control type.:
Basic model
The basic models of YUKEN A3H series hydraulic pumps are named according to the displacement size. Common models include:

The core specifications of YUKEN A3H100 series high pressure variable piston pumps are as follows:
1. Basic performance
Displacement: 100 ml/rev (fixed displacement)
Rated working pressure: 350 bar (35 MPa)
Maximum working pressure: 400 bar (40 MPa)
Speed range: 500-2000 rpm (normal working conditions), the maximum allowable intermittent speed is 2200 rpm
Driving power requirements: need to match the speed and pressure (for example, the theoretical power at 1000 rpm is about 183 kW)
2. Structure and control
Variable control method: support pressure compensation, load sensitivity and electro-hydraulic proportional control (model suffixes such as FR/LR correspond to different control types)
Installation form: flange installation (FR type is vertical pump shaft, LR type is side vertical)
Shaft extension specifications: Support S type (ANSI standard), A type (DIN 5480), etc., the maximum input torque is 1640-354500 N·m (depending on the shaft extension type)

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
