Pressure Conversion: The rated pressure of 31.5 MPa is equivalent to 315 kgf/cm², and the maximum pressure of 35.0 MPa is equivalent to 350 kgf/cm², which is 3.5 MPa higher than the A3H series, ensuring excellent high-pressure resistance in heavy-duty working scenarios[3].

Control Types: The A3HG series offers 4 standard control modes to meet diverse system needs: pressure compensator type, external control pressure compensator type, external control with constant power control, and load sensing control. Efficiency Performance: Under the condition of 35.0 MPa (350 kgf/cm²) pressure and 1500 rpm shaft speed, the volumetric efficiency of the A3HG series can reach 95% or above, and the overall efficiency can reach 90% or above, realizing energy saving and high efficiency.

Hydraulic Oil Requirements: Recommended hydraulic oils are petroleum-based anti-wear hydraulic oils or R&O (rust and oxidation inhibitor) hydraulic oils with ISO VG 32 or 46, and the viscosity range should be 20 to 400 mm²/s at 0-60°C to ensure stable operation[4].

Permissible Suction Pressure: The suction port pressure of the pump should be between -0.167 and +0.5 kgf/cm² (gauge pressure) when the speed is 600-1800 rpm; if the speed exceeds 1800 rpm, the suction pressure should be adjusted to 0 to +0.5 kgf/cm² to avoid cavitation.

Pressure & Flow Adjustment: For 01 type pressure compensator models: A3HG16/A3HG37/A3HG56 have a pressure adjustment range of 5.5 MPa per full turn of the adjustment screw; A3HG71/A3HG100/A3HG145 are 6.3 MPa; A3HG180 is 5.7 MPa. The flow adjustment screw can adjust the displacement flexibly, with specific adjustment volume varying by model.

International Compatibility: The series complies with JIS, ISO 3019-2 (European standard) and SAE J744 (North American standard), with two standard shaft extension types: keyed and splined, ensuring interchangeability with global pumps[4][5].
Installation & Operation Specifications

Drain Piping Size: For A3HG16 and A3HG37, the recommended inner diameter of the drain pipe is 12 mm (1/2”) or more; for A3HG56, A3HG71, A3HG100, A3HG145 and A3HG180, it is 19 mm (3/4”) or more to ensure smooth oil drainage.

Mounting Method: The pump supports flange or foot mounting; during installation, ensure the “filling port” is at the top to avoid air accumulation. It also supports through drive, allowing direct installation of a slave pump on the driven side, with the maximum capacity of the slave pump equal to that of the drive pump.

Temperature Range: When using petroleum-based hydraulic oil, the normal operating temperature range is 0°C to 60°C; the maximum short-term operating temperature should not exceed 75°C (no more than 30 minutes) to avoid damage to seals and internal components.

Seal Material: The standard seal material is FKM (fluoro rubber), which has excellent high-temperature and oil resistance, adapting to the high-pressure working environment of the A3HG series.

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
