Description

1. Series Overview

The REXROTH AZPT series is a ultra-low noise high-performance fixed-displacement external gear pump belonging to Platform N, specially optimized for noise-sensitive and high-stability industrial hydraulic systems. Adopting advanced silence tooth profile modification and precision machining technology, it features extremely low pressure pulsation and operating noise compared with conventional gear pumps. Equipped with heavy-duty sliding bearings and high-rigidity alloy housing, it delivers stable heavy-load operation and long service life. Its core features are as follows:
  • Continuous Working Pressure: Up to 250 bar
  • Intermittent Working Pressure: Up to280 bar
  • Displacement Range: 20 ~ 36 cm³/rev
  • Ultra-low Noise Design: Optimized silent tooth profile, minimal pressure pulsation and vibration
  • Heavy-duty Sliding Bearing System: Adapt to long-term continuous high-load cyclic operation

Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
