Working Principle

The BF110M series adopts an external gear meshing mechanism, consisting of a driving gear and a driven gear enclosed in a precision-machined housing. When the driving gear is activated by a prime mover, it drives the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction. The meshing and disengagement of the gears create periodic volume changes in the enclosed chambers:
  • During disengagement, the volume of the suction chamber increases, forming a vacuum that draws fluid into the pump through the inlet.
  • As the gears rotate, the fluid is trapped in the tooth grooves and transported along the inner wall of the housing to the discharge chamber.
  • During meshing, the volume of the discharge chamber decreases, compressing the fluid and pushing it out through the outlet to provide continuous fluid power.
The pump features a built-in adjustable pressure relief valve, which allows regulating the operating pressure up to 8 bar and prevents overpressure damage to the system.

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
