Stable Structural Design: Equipped with fixed side plates pressed tightly on the pump body by front and rear pump covers, which effectively controls the axial clearance between gears and side plates within 0.05-0.10mm. Compared with floating bushing structures, it reduces wear and ensures long-term operational stability.

Dual Sealing System: Adopts a two-stage sealing design. The first seal is between the gear end face and the side plate, while the second seal is achieved by sealing rings and O-rings in the bearing cavity. This design significantly reduces high-pressure oil leakage, further improving volumetric efficiency.

Load-Bearing Capacity: The needle roller bearing support enhances the pump’s ability to withstand radial loads, adapting to the harsh working conditions of high pressure and high speed, and improving overall impact resistance.

Process steps：
