The CBG3 gear pump is a high-performance medium and high-pressure hydraulic component, serving as a core power element in hydraulic systems. Sturdy Construction: The pump housing adopts liquid extrusion molding technology and high-strength ductile iron, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity. The gears are made of high-strength alloy steel, paired with high-performance roller bearings, which significantly enhance overload resistance, pollution resistance, and service life.

High Efficiency & Stability: Equipped with an automatic axial clearance compensation mechanism, the pump maintains high volumetric efficiency (≥92%) and total efficiency (≥83%) during long-term operation. The optimized involute tooth profile design (module customized, pressure angle 30°) ensures stable flow output, small pressure pulsation, and strong self-priming capacity.

Low Noise & Durability: Precision machining and optimized structural design effectively reduce wear and operating noise, making it suitable for harsh working conditions. It operates stably in a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, with recommended working oil temperature between 40℃ and 65℃.

Flexible Configuration: Multiple shaft extension types are available, including plain key, rectangle spline, involute spline, etc. The mounting form and oil port connection adopt standard flange designs for easy installation and replacement.

Note: Working oil viscosity should be 20~40 m㎡/s, and filtration precision shall not be lower than 25 microns. Suitable for hydraulic oil (YA-N68/GB2512-81) or equivalent lubricants.
