• CB: Product code, representing external meshing hydraulic gear pump, which is the general code specified in JB/T 7041.
• H: Structural characteristic code, indicating high-pressure type, suitable for high working pressure scenarios.
• S: Shaft extension form code, standing for spline shaft extension, ensuring stable power transmission.
• T: Installation method code, referring to foot-mounted installation, facilitating fixed installation on equipment.

• High Efficiency and Energy Saving: Equipped with an axial clearance automatic compensation mechanism, it can maintain high volumetric efficiency (≥93%) for a long time during operation. The advanced gear meshing technology improves transmission efficiency by 3% compared with traditional hydraulic gear pumps, effectively reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
• High Pressure Resistance and Stability: Adopting high-strength cast iron housing and precision-machined gear components, it has strong bearing capacity. The rated working pressure can reach 20MPa, and the maximum working pressure is up to 25MPa. After 40 hours of continuous rigorous testing, the working pressure fluctuation is controlled within a small range, ensuring stable operation of the hydraulic system.

5. Safety and Usage Precautions

• Before installation and operation, carefully read the product manual to ensure correct understanding of the installation and usage requirements.
• It is prohibited to use volatile or highly dangerous liquids as the working medium to avoid fire, environmental pollution and other hazards.
• Do not use the pump if there is oil leakage. Stop using it immediately, repair or replace it, and clean up the leaked oil in time to prevent slipping and injury.
• The accessories such as connectors at the oil outlet must be able to withstand 1.5 times the maximum pressure of the pump.
• Do not idle the pump for more than 30 seconds, and do not disassemble the oil outlet pipe when the pump is running.
• Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean, and install a filtering device in the system to prevent impurities from entering the pump and shortening its service life.
• When not in use for a long time, cut off the power supply and store the pump in a well-ventilated and dry place, and take anti-rust measures in a rust-prone environment.
