Parker F12-60 series hydraulic motor core specifications
1. Basic performance parameters
Displacement: 59.8 cm3/rev (nominal 60cc), belonging to the F12 series medium and medium displacement model, suitable for medium load scenarios.
Pressure range:
Maximum intermittent working pressure: 480 bar (peak pressure, short-term endurance limit).
Continuous working pressure: 420 bar (long-term stable operating pressure).
Speed capacity:
Maximum speed: 7300 rpm (the ball plunger is designed to support high speed and has excellent dynamic sealing performance).
Low-speed performance: low-speed and high-torque start, suitable for heavy-duty start scenarios.
2. Structure and design characteristics
Structure type: Curved shaft axial plunger quantitative motor, using spherical plunger and double cone bearing support structure.

Shaft extension form: DIN spline (code D), standard option, stable transmission torque.
Direction of rotation: Two-way rotation design, supporting forward and reverse equivalent torque output (such as ship propeller, conveyor belt drive).
4. Efficiency and reliability
Total efficiency: >90% (comprehensive performance of volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency), which is more than 18% energy-saving than ordinary motors.
Life design: 20,000 hours design life, key conditions include:
The cleanliness of the oil is level 9 (ISO 4406 20/18/15).
Installation coaxiality ≤0.05mm (laser centering instrument calibration).
The temperature of the main oil circuit is ≤80℃, and the temperature of the drain port is ≤115℃.
5. Control and extension functions
Two-way output: symmetrical flow channel design, consistent forward and reverse torque, suitable for two-way drive scenarios.
Fast braking: An optional buffer valve can be installed to absorb pressure shocks when braking at high speed (such as F12-125-MS-SV-S model).
Electrical proportional expansion: support the connection of the speed sensor (suffix S) and the PLUS+1™ controller to realize the collaborative control of the pump-valve-motor.
