Parker F12-80 series hydraulic motor core specifications
1. Basic performance parameters
Displacement: 80 cm3/rev (nominal 80cc), suitable for medium load scenarios.
Working pressure：
Maximum intermittent working pressure: 480 bar (peak pressure).
Continuous working pressure: 420 bar (long-term stable operation).
Speed range: up to 7300 rpm, support low-speed and high-torque start.
Torque: 10 Nm (some models).
2. Structure and design characteristics
Structure type: Curved shaft type axial plunger quantitative motor, the shaft and the cylinder block are at an angle of 40°, and the structure is compact.
Piston ring design: Laminated piston ring, reduces internal leakage, and has strong thermal shock resistance (-35℃ to 115℃).
Bearing configuration: heavy-duty roller bearings, resistant to high external loads and vibration.
3. Installation and interface
Oil port connection: SAE 6000 psi flange (code F).
Shaft extension form: DIN spline (standard option).
Direction of rotation: Two-way rotation design, supporting forward and reverse equivalent torque output.
Fourth, oil and environmental requirements
Oil cleanliness: ISO 18/13 (ISO 4406).
Filter: 10 µm absolute accuracy is recommended.
Operating temperature：
The system oil is ≤70°C, and the oil drain temperature is ≤90°C (standard shaft seal).
The fluorine rubber shaft seal (code V) can withstand the oil discharge temperature of 115°C.
