The G101/102 and C101/102 series are fixed-displacement hydraulic gear pumps designed for heavy-duty applications such as dump trucks, trailers, and municipal equipment. Dual-shaft G101 models allow optional drive shaft selection for flexible PTO adaptation.

C101/102 Series

Engineered for high-flow, high-load scenarios, this series supports optional remote airshift control in addition to manual operation. The airshift kit includes an air cylinder, cab-mounted pneumatic control valve, 30-foot air hose, and all necessary connections, enabling automated remote operation and improving system integration. It delivers stable performance in high-pressure conditions, suitable for medium to heavy-duty dump trucks, large garbage trucks, and lifting machinery requiring centralized control.

  • Ensure the minimum air pressure of 80 PSI for airshift control systems, which can be supplied by the vehicle’s brake system or on-board compressor.
  • Confirm the required rotation direction (CW/CCW) before installation, as factory-set rotation is usually counterclockwise.
  • Regularly inspect shaft seals, O-rings, and gaskets for leaks; replace worn parts promptly to maintain system efficiency.
