Description

HSP50 series multi-way reversing valve
1. Basic parameters and functions
HSP50 series multi-way directional control valve is a medium and high pressure integral multi-way directional control valve with a rated flow rate of 50L/min and a maximum working pressure of 31.5 MPa (315bar). It is suitable for controlling the direction and flow of multiple hydraulic actuators (such as cylinders and motors).
Core parameters:
Rated flow rate: 50L/min (about 13.2GPM)
Maximum pressure: P port (oil inlet) 315bar, T port (oil return port) 50bar, A/B port (working port) 300bar
Number of spool: 1-7 (according to application requirements)
Working temperature: -20℃~+80℃
Applicable medium: Hydraulic oil (viscosity 17-43cSt)
Material: cast iron / cast steel
Connection method: tube or plate connection

2. Structural characteristics and working principle
1. Structure composition
Valve body assembly: it consists of an oil inlet body, a plurality of reversing bodies and an oil return body, and adopts an integral or fragmented design.
Valve core: control the flow direction of oil, there are a variety of spool valve functions to choose from (A, O, P, Y, etc.)
Control mechanism: manual operation lever, electromagnetic control or electro-hydraulic control
Auxiliary components: built-in relief valve (regulating system pressure), check valve (preventing oil backflow), overload valve (protecting system)
2. Working principle
Through the operation control mechanism, the valve core is pushed to move in the valve body, the oil channel communication state is changed, and the actuator is moved forward, backward, or stopped.Using parallel or series oil circuit design, multiple actuators can be controlled simultaneously or independently to meet the multi-action collaborative needs of construction machinery.

3. the application field
Construction machinery: small excavators, loaders, bulldozers, road rollers
Agricultural machinery: tractors, harvesters, planters, silage machines
Lifting and transportation: small cranes, forklifts, winches, port equipment
Special vehicles: sanitation trucks, fire trucks, aerial work trucks, garbage compression vehicles
Industrial equipment: hydraulic workstations, automated production lines, presses
