Asymmetric Structural Design: The pump adopts an asymmetric internal structure, which balances the hydraulic forces and meshing forces on the driving and driven gears. This design reduces the load on the driven gear bearing, making the load distribution of the main and auxiliary bearings basically equivalent, thus improving the overall service life and reliability.

Floating Side Plate Structure: Equipped with a floating side plate mechanism, the pump achieves automatic compensation of axial clearance, effectively reducing internal leakage and improving volumetric efficiency. The side plate is made of wear-resistant material, enhancing the pump’s adaptability to harsh working conditions.

High-Quality Bearing & Sealing: It adopts DU bearings with excellent load-bearing capacity (allowable specific pressure up to 44MPa under proper lubrication) and high-pressure resistant seals (PTFE and high-pressure rubber seals). This combination prevents oil leakage under high load and high-pressure conditions, and ensures low friction coefficient and long service life.

Durable Material Selection: The pump body is made of high-strength wear-resistant nodular cast iron, which can withstand high-pressure loads of hydraulic equipment under different working conditions and avoid cracks caused by pressure impact.

Before operation, confirm the rotation direction is correct, check the hydraulic oil level, cleanliness, and ensure no blockage in oil pipes or filters to avoid pump damage due to oil shortage.

All dimensions, including flange type, shaft end form, and oil port size, can be customized according to customer requirements (MOQ: 5 units for logo/packaging customization).

Process steps：
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
