High-Strength Material Configuration: The pump housing is made of QT450~550 ductile iron, and the gear shaft adopts 20CrMnTiH alloy steel (certified by Laigang), ensuring excellent tensile strength and wear resistance. The thickened casting structure effectively resists pressure impact and avoids deformation under high-load operation.

Built-In Overflow Protection: Tandem models are equipped with an overflow valve at the outlet of the auxiliary pump, which precisely controls the pilot pressure, prevents overload of the pilot system, and improves the safety and stability of the entire hydraulic system. The secondary sealing technology is adopted internally to further reduce oil leakage risks.

Optimized Noise Reduction Design: Combined with high-strength cast iron material and unique internal sound-absorbing structure, the operating noise is significantly reduced. The precision-machined involute spline connection ensures smooth power transmission, minimizing flow and pressure pulsation even at low speeds.

Wide Speed Adaptability: The rated speed is 2200r/min, with a maximum speed of up to 2500r/min (some models can reach 3000r/min), adapting to different power source configurations. The fixed bimetal side plates realize automatic clearance compensation, maintaining high volumetric efficiency (≥92%) and total efficiency (≥84%) during long-term operation.

5. Operational & Customization Notes

Vertical installation is recommended. Ensure the coaxiality error between the pump shaft and power source is controlled within a reasonable range to avoid abnormal wear of spline connections.

Before initial startup, fill the pump with hydraulic oil and exhaust air completely. Use hydraulic oil that meets the specifications to maintain oil cleanliness, which helps extend the service life.

Customization scope includes oil port size, external connection mode, spraying color and tandem/triple pump combination. MOQ is 1 unit for standard models, with flexible customization support.

Packaging: Wooden case + carton + foam board for safe transportation. Warranty: 12 months for non-human damage, with professional after-sales service provided.
Process steps：
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
