The CASAPPA KP40.109 and KP40.121 series are high-performance heavy-duty hydraulic gear pumps belonging to the Kappa 40 (KP40) product family. Specifically designed for large-displacement, high-pressure industrial and mobile hydraulic applications, they adopt a robust two-piece cast iron pump body, precision-machined gear sets, and advanced axial and radial compensation technology. Paired with high-wear-resistant DU anti-friction bearings and reinforced mechanical seals, these pumps deliver superior volumetric efficiency (up to 95%), exceptional mechanical durability, low noise emission (≤75 dB(A)), and long service life even under harsh working conditions such as high load, frequent start-stop and complex operating environments.

3. General Technical Notes

  • Gear & Bearing: Equipped with 14-tooth precision-ground helical gears and integral floating bushings, matched with high-load DU anti-friction bearings for dual axial and radial compensation. This design effectively reduces gear wear and internal leakage, ensures stable power transmission under heavy load and high pressure, maintains low noise during long-term operation, and guarantees high volumetric efficiency across the entire pressure and speed range.
  • Sealing: Adopts reinforced double mechanical shaft seal with carbon-graphite and ceramic mating faces, which can effectively prevent oil leakage under high pressure, high speed and harsh working conditions. The standard configuration is nitrile rubber seals (applicable temperature: -25°C to 90°C); Viton seals (-20°C to 120°C) are optional for high-temperature working environments, and PTFE seals are available for corrosive fluid scenarios, fully meeting diverse application needs.
  • Fluid & Temperature: Recommended hydraulic fluid is anti-wear mineral hydraulic oil (ISO VG 32-68); the minimum operating fluid viscosity is 10 mm²/sec, and the optimal viscosity range is 20-60 mm²/sec. It is recommended to maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 16/14/11 or better, and install a high-efficiency filter in the hydraulic system to extend the service life of the pump and the entire system.
  • Installation & Customization: Flanges, shafts and ports are designed in line with major international standards (SAE J518, ISO 6162, DIN 24340), supporting straight key, spline or tapered shaft configurations for easy installation and replacement with other brands. Customization options include rear covers with built-in relief valves, anti-cavitation valves, load-sensing priority valves, bearing supports, bidirectional rotation, and multi-stage pump combinations to meet specific industrial and mobile application requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
