Parker PGP502/PGM502 is the smallest model of the 500 Series heavy-duty aluminum external gear pump/motor, designed specifically for high-pressure working conditions. It offers a small displacement range of 0.8 to 7.9 cm³/rev, featuring high efficiency, low noise and high reliability, and is suitable for various industrial and mobile hydraulic application scenarios.

PGP502 (pump) and PGM502 (motor) adopt a pressure-balanced design and aluminum alloy housing. As the most compact model in Parker’s 500 Series, they can be configured as single or multiple pumps, supporting independent inlet or common inlet options, with excellent application flexibility.

  1. Installation: Use a flexible coupling for direct drive, align the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft (allowable deviation 0.1mm), and ensure that the pipeline does not bear the load of the pump body.
  2. Commissioning: Install a filter on the new pipeline (effective cross-section > 2-3 times that of the suction pipe), and cover all holes to prevent debris from entering.
  3. Maintenance: Regularly check the contamination degree of hydraulic oil, maintain according to ISO 4406 standard, and avoid idling and overload operation.

Process steps:
