    REXROTH PGH-3X series is a high-pressure fixed-displacement internal gear pump upgraded and launched by Bosch Rexroth, optimized for variable-speed drive industrial hydraulic systems. Featuring ultra-low noise, low flow pulsation, high volumetric efficiency and strong compatibility, this series supports large displacement specifications and modular combination installation, widely used in heavy-duty high-pressure open-circuit hydraulic systems.

VI. Selection & Operation Precautions

  1. Displacement & Frame Selection: Select frame size 4 for medium flow demand and size 5 for large flow demand. Calculate the matched displacement according to system flow and rated speed, and reserve a reasonable flow margin for variable-speed working conditions.
  2. Pressure Matching Principle: The continuous working pressure of the system shall not exceed 315 bar rated pressure, and the instantaneous impact peak pressure shall not exceed 350 bar. Avoid long-term over-pressure operation to extend pump service life.
  3. Hydraulic Fluid & Cleanliness Requirements: Conform to ISO 4406 oil cleanliness standards. The recommended kinematic viscosity range is 10-100 mm²/s. Select matched seals for special media such as HFC water-glycol fluid to avoid seal failure.
  4. Installation & Daily Maintenance:
    1. Ensure high coaxiality between pump shaft and driving shaft to eliminate abnormal radial and axial loads.

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
