The REXROTH PGM-4X is a high-performance internal meshing gear pump, belonging to REXROTH’s premium hydraulic pump series. It features a compact internal meshing structure, low noise operation, high volumetric efficiency and excellent self-priming capability, which is superior to traditional external gear pumps in terms of stability and energy saving. This pump is widely used in hydraulic systems of construction machinery, industrial equipment, and mobile machinery, where smooth fluid delivery and space-saving installation are required. General Notes

  • All pressure values are for unidirectional pumps; for reversible pumps, the maximum pressures are 15% lower than the values listed above. Pressure units follow international general standards, and 1 bar is equivalent to approximately 14.5 psi for easy conversion and application.
  • The internal meshing structure of the PGM-4X pump ensures low noise (≤65 dB(A) at 1500 rpm) and high volumetric efficiency (≥95%), which can effectively reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of the hydraulic system. Its compact design allows for flexible integration in limited installation space.
  • Mounting flanges, shafts and ports can be customized according to SAE, DIN EN or ISO standards to meet specific application needs. Inlet and outlet ports are available in threaded type or flange type as standard, with optional different sizes to match pipeline specifications.
  • It is recommended to use REXROTH original filters to maintain the required contamination class and extend the pump’s service life. The pump’s service life can be further prolonged by ensuring proper fluid temperature (operating temperature range: -20℃ to 80℃) and viscosity control, with the recommended viscosity range consistent with common hydraulic system requirements.
  • The rotation direction is determined by viewing the drive shaft; counterclockwise (CCW) rotation or reversible rotation can be customized according to customer requirements, and the pump has excellent self-priming capability, suitable for applications with long suction pipelines.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
