Avoid dry rotation and overload during operation, prevent air inhalation and excessive suction vacuum, so as to avoid wear of vanes, rotors and oil distribution plates[3].

The pump has a specified rotation direction (clockwise when viewed from the shaft end as standard); reverse rotation is strictly prohibited, which will change the suction and discharge direction and damage internal components. During installation, the oil distribution plate and stator must be correctly positioned with positioning pins; the vane, rotor and oil distribution plate shall not be installed in reverse. When the pump is used at a speed below 1200 r/min, the suction port should be installed upward to facilitate oil suction.

When starting the pump initially or after long-term shutdown, an air release valve should be installed on the discharge side to release air; it is recommended to perform intermittent operation under no-load conditions to ensure sufficient lubrication.
