Description
The REXROTH PV7 series is a range of pilot-operated variable vane pumps designed for industrial hydraulic systems requiring flexible flow control, low noise operation, and long service life. Engineered with hydrodynamically lubricated plain bearings, these pumps deliver extended durability and reliable performance in continuous operation scenarios. A key advantage of the PV7 series lies in its very short on/off stroke times and low hysteresis, enabling precise and responsive pressure and flow control.
These pumps comply with international standards including VDMA 24560 Part 1 and ISO 3019/2 for mounting and connection dimensions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. They are compatible with various hydraulic fluids such as HLP mineral oil, HETG, HEES, and HFD-U, expanding their applicability across multiple industries. Standard single pumps of the PV7 series can be flexibly combined into multiple pump units, and also paired with internal/external gear pumps, axial piston pumps, and radial piston pumps to meet complex system requirements.
Ideal for drives with variable flow demands and high pressure-holding functions, the PV7 series is widely used in machine tools, hydrostatic bearings, constant pressure systems, and other industrial equipment requiring stable and efficient hydraulic power supply.
