4. Application Scope

QT33-16 is widely used in hydraulic systems of small-sized precision instruments, electronic equipment, precision machine tools and other equipment that require small displacement and low pressure; QT43-20 and QT43-25 are suitable for hydraulic systems of small-to-medium sized machine tools, light-duty plastic machinery, agricultural machinery and other equipment that require small-to-medium displacement and low-to-medium pressure. 5. Notes

  • The pump should be used within the specified temperature and viscosity range, and the hydraulic oil should be regularly filtered to avoid performance degradation or component wear caused by excessive temperature, inappropriate oil viscosity or oil pollution; pay attention to the difference in maximum operating pressure and flange bolt specifications between QT33 and QT43 series to avoid overload operation and installation errors.
  • When installing, use the specified number, strength class and tightening torque of bolts according to the model (QT33 and QT43 series have different bolt specifications) to prevent bolt damage, pump loosening and hydraulic oil leakage; check the coupling connection before startup to ensure correct installation.
