QT42-25/QT42-31.5/QT52-40 series is an internal meshing gear pump product line developed by SUMITOMO Group of Japan. It belongs to a positive displacement rotary pump and is mainly used for LIQUID transportation and pressurization in the FIELD of CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY.This series adopts linear conjugated internal meshing tooth shape design, which significantly reduces noise and pressure pulsation, supports high-pressure operation (up to 300MPa), and adopts special material technology and axial and radial pressure technology. It has high wear resistance and efficient and stable operation characteristics.
Technical features
Low-noise design: The unique linear conjugated internal toothed tooth shape avoids the phenomenon of oil trapping, greatly reduces the noise and pressure pulsation of the pump, and the noise remains low when the pressure is increased.
High wear resistance: Linear conjugated gears are called “horizontal non-wear gears”, using special materials and processing techniques, and have a long service life.
Efficient and stable: The use of axial and radial pressure forms improves efficiency, the pressure can reach 300MPa, and it can operate at high pressure efficiently and stably.
Strong adaptability: especially suitable for higher speed occasions, viscosity changes have little impact on it.
Structural design: it consists of two meshing gears, the pump body and the front and rear covers to form an enclosed space, and the working volume is changed by the rotation of the gears to realize the suction and discharge of liquid.
