1. Model Code Interpretation

The model codes of Sumitomo Gear Pump QT61-200, QT61-250 and QT33-12.5 belong to two different series (QT61 and QT33), with different series specifications and nominal displacements. The model code interpretation and relevant parameters are detailed below:

4. Application Scope

QT61-200 and QT61-250 are widely used in hydraulic systems of large-scale engineering machinery, heavy-duty machine tools, plastic machinery and other equipment that require large displacement and high pressure; QT33-12.5 is suitable for hydraulic systems of small-sized machine tools, precision instruments, light-duty agricultural machinery and other equipment that require small displacement and low-to-medium pressure. The three models can be flexibly matched according to different flow and pressure demands, providing reliable and stable hydraulic power source for various industrial scenarios.

5. Notes

  • The pump should be used within the specified temperature and viscosity range, and the hydraulic oil should be regularly filtered to avoid performance degradation or component wear caused by excessive temperature, inappropriate oil viscosity or oil pollution; pay attention to the difference in maximum operating pressure between QT61 and QT33 series to avoid overload operation.
  • When installing, use the specified number, strength class and tightening torque of bolts according to the model (QT61 and QT33 series have different bolt specifications) to prevent bolt damage, pump loosening and hydraulic oil leakage; check the coupling connection before startup to ensure correct installation.

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
