4. Application Scope

5. Notes

  • The pump should be used within the specified temperature and viscosity range, and the hydraulic oil should be regularly filtered to avoid performance degradation or component wear caused by excessive temperature, inappropriate oil viscosity or oil pollution; pay attention to the difference in maximum operating pressure and flange bolt specifications between QT62 and QT31 series to avoid overload operation and installation errors.
  • When installing, use the specified number, strength class and tightening torque of bolts according to the model (QT62 and QT31 series have different bolt specifications) to prevent bolt damage, pump loosening and hydraulic oil leakage; check the coupling connection before startup to ensure correct installation.
