I. General Specifications of T67EC Series

The T67EC is a classic high-low pressure combined fixed-displacement double vane pump developed by Parker Denison. Optimized for industrial hydraulic systems, it adopts a combined structure of large and small pump cartridges, enabling compound oil supply conditions of high-pressure low-flow and low-pressure high-flow. It is suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic equipment such as injection molding machines, machine tools, metallurgical machinery and die-casting machines, featuring low noise, high efficiency, pollution resistance, fast pressure response and excellent operational stability.

III. Supplementary Series Notes

1. The flow parameters are theoretical values under no-load condition (0bar). The flow rate will decrease slightly with the increase of pressure under loaded working conditions, and the volumetric loss under high-pressure working conditions is ≤8%;
2. All models support customized sealing materials (standard nitrile rubber, optional fluororubber for high-temperature and corrosive medium applications);
3. Left-hand rotation (2R) models are designed for reverse equipment installation, with completely consistent performance parameters as right-hand rotation models of the same specification;
4. The B100 suffix represents the high-speed adaptive specification, which can stably adapt to 2000rpm high-frequency operation with lower temperature rise and higher stability.
Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
