The T6D series is a high-performance fixed-displacement single vane pump of Parker Denison T6 industrial pump family. Designed for medium-large flow and high-pressure working scenarios, it inherits the classic dual-lip vane structure with low noise, low pulsation, high volumetric efficiency and strong contamination resistance. Compared with T6C series, T6D features larger displacement range and higher load capacity, widely used in metallurgical machinery, heavy industrial equipment, plastic machinery, hydraulic power units and other medium and high-load industrial hydraulic systems.

  • Custom Special Models: Includes counterclockwise (L) rotation, special port angle, extended shaft, splined shaft, high-pressure reinforced seal and high-temperature resistant customized versions for non-standard heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.

6. Model Selection Precautions

  1. Pressure Matching: The standard continuous working pressure is 240 bar. For frequent peak load and long-term heavy-duty operation, reserve 10%~15% pressure margin to avoid fatigue wear and shortened service life caused by long-term critical pressure operation.
  2. Speed Limitation: Strictly follow the 600~2600rpm speed range. Low speed below 600rpm will cause oil suction insufficiency and abnormal noise; over-speed above 2600rpm will accelerate vane and bearing wear.
  3. Rotation Direction Confirmation: R (clockwise) is the factory default standard direction. For equipment with reverse power input, select L (counterclockwise) models to prevent system no-pressure and no-flow failure.
  4. Port Layout Optimization: Select the corresponding port direction code according to on-site pipeline layout to reduce pipeline bending and pressure loss, effectively improving overall hydraulic system efficiency and stability.
  5. Media & Environment Adaptation: For high-temperature, high-dust and harsh working conditions, select grade 2 reinforced seal models to enhance sealing stability and prolong pump service life.

Process steps:
