The T6E series is a core product of high-pressure fixed-displacement vane pumps from Parker Denison. As a large-frame specification of the T6 industrial-grade vane pump series, it is designed for heavy-duty, high-pressure, and high-efficiency working conditions. Featuring strong pollution resistance, wide speed adaptation range, low operating noise and long service life, it is widely applied in medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems of construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, port machinery, electric power, petrochemical, marine and other industries. It supports single, double and triple combined installation forms with excellent adaptability.

  • High Pressure Performance: Rated continuous working pressure is 210 bar, instantaneous peak pressure reaches 250 bar, and a maximum short-term pressure of 275 bar is available for partial working conditions. It simplifies the specifications of hydraulic system valve groups and pipelines, reducing the overall installation cost of equipment.
  • High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The typical mechanical efficiency is up to 94% with excellent volumetric efficiency. It achieves low energy loss and low heat generation under full working conditions, and supports stable operation at low pressure and low speed, suitable for energy-saving hydraulic systems.
  • Wide Working Condition Adaptability: The standard speed range is 600-2200 r/min, and the special vehicle working condition covers 400-2800 r/min. It can adapt to high-viscosity media (up to 860 cSt) without stalling risks under low-temperature and low-pressure conditions.
  • High Reliability: Adopting a double-lip vane structure, it delivers outstanding resistance to particulate pollution and greatly extends the service life of the pump cartridge. The pressure pulsation is only ±2 bar with low pipeline noise, effectively protecting precision components in the hydraulic circuit.
  • Flexible Installation: It has abundant specifications for pump cartridges, shaft extensions and port orientations. Double pumps support 32 installation combinations, and triple pumps support up to 128 combinations, adapting to various limited installation spaces.

The T6E pump can be combined with T6C and T6D series frames to form double and triple pumps for independent multi-circuit oil supply. The core commonly used combined models are as follows:
  • T6EE Series: Dual E-frame double pump, typical model T67EBN066B043R01A5M1. The maximum working pressure of both pumps reaches 240 bar, with a dual pump displacement range of 132.3-269 ml/rev, suitable for heavy-duty equipment with large-flow dual circuits.
  • T6EC/T6ED Series: Combined double pump with E-frame + C/D frame, balancing high-pressure large-flow main circuits and medium & small-flow auxiliary circuits. It is applicable to high-low pressure composite hydraulic systems with significant energy-saving effects.

V. Model Selection and Operation Precautions

  • Speed Matching: The maximum speed of the 85 large-displacement specification is limited to 2000 r/min, while other specifications have a maximum speed of 2200 r/min. Over-speed operation will accelerate wear and reduce service life.
  • Pressure Adaptation: Long-term operation exceeding 210 bar continuous working pressure is prohibited. 250 bar is only allowed for instantaneous peak conditions. Long-term over-high pressure will cause seal failure and pump cartridge damage.
  • Medium Adaptation: For water-glycol and emulsion media, the continuous working pressure shall be reduced to within 175 bar with a peak pressure of 140 bar to prevent medium corrosion and pressure overload failure.
  • Installation Adaptation: When selecting combined multi-pump models, matching port orientations and shaft extension specifications are required to ensure reasonable pipeline layout and qualified transmission coaxiality.

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
