1. Series Overview

Denison (Parker brand) T7DD and T7DDS are high-performance medium and high-pressure fixed-displacement double vane pumps, belonging to the T7 variable speed drive series. Featuring high volumetric efficiency, low noise, stable pressure and strong pollution resistance, they are widely applied in hydraulic systems of injection molding machines, die-casting machines, machine tools, forging equipment, metallurgical and marine machinery. T7DD is the standard basic model designed for conventional industrial high-pressure hydraulic working conditions. T7DDS is an upgraded optimized version with improved sealing structure and dynamic response, which is suitable for servo hydraulic systems and high-precision closed-loop control scenarios with superior adaptability and stability.

5. Model Selection Instructions

1. Working Condition Adaptation: T7DD standard type is preferred for conventional industrial hydraulic systems; T7DDS optimized type is recommended for servo energy-saving and high-precision closed-loop control systems.
2. Pressure Adaptation: All models feature a uniform rated working pressure of 210bar and a maximum instantaneous peak pressure of 320bar, covering most medium and high-pressure industrial working conditions.
3. Rotation Direction: 1R right rotation is the default configuration; 1L left rotation is customizable for special equipment. The shaft end configuration (01/03) is selectable according to installation requirements.
4. Seal Adaptation: A1M0 (NBR seal) is standard for conventional mineral hydraulic oil. Fluorine rubber seals are available for high-temperature and special medium working conditions.
Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
