4. Operating Precautions

The full cut-off pressure must not exceed the maximum intermittent pressure during pressure setting.

When operating above rated pressure, the intermittent working time at maximum flow is restricted to less than 1/5 of one cycle time and within 6 seconds simultaneously.

For special fluids (e.g., water-glycols, phosphate esters), operating pressure, maximum shaft speed, temperature range (0-50°C for water-glycols), and viscosity range (20-200 mm²/s) differ from standard models. Consult YUKEN factory or sales representative for details.

Standard rotation direction is clockwise from the shaft end; installation methods include flange and foot mounting.

Process steps：
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
