5. Notes

  • The pump has high requirements on oil cleanliness, and it is recommended to use hydraulic oil that meets NAS 7 level or above, and configure a high-precision filter to avoid wear of precision components caused by impurities.
  • When the operating pressure reaches the peak pressure (35 MPa), the continuous working time should not exceed 5 minutes to prevent damage to the pump body and seals.
  • When adjusting the pressure compensation parameter, it is necessary to match the actual working pressure of the system to avoid abnormal operation caused by excessive or insufficient set pressure.
  • During low-temperature startup, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be preheated to the specified range (20-40 mm²/s) to ensure stable startup and operation of the pump.
  • parts such as valve plates and bearings can be replaced independently, and regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out according to the working condition to extend the service life of the pump.
