Structure design of mother and child blades
Reduce impact and wear: The structure of the mother and child blades reduces the direct impact of the blades on the stator through the cooperation of the main blades and the auxiliary blades, especially under high pressure (up to 210 bar) and high speed (up to 1800 rpm) conditions, the performance is more stable and the life is longer.
Low noise characteristics: The 12-blade design significantly reduces flow pulsation, and cooperates with the triangular tank oil distribution pan to achieve a noise level as low as 62dB (A), which is suitable for noise-sensitive industrial environments (such as injection molding workshops and precision machining).
Hydraulic balance: The double-acting vane pump adopts a stator eight-stage curved structure, and the radial hydraulic pressure is balanced to reduce bearing load and extend service life.
