Features: Pressure compensator, multiple control types available, max operating pressure up to 28 MPa, widely used in various industrial hydraulic systems.

1.2 Vane Pumps

Features: Low noise, low pulsation, high reliability, suitable for occasions with high requirements on noise and vibration, widely used in light industry, forging, metallurgy and port machinery.

Features: Integrate metre-in type flow control and pressure control functions; power-saving design by maintaining a small differential pressure (0.6-0.9 MPa) between inlet and outlet; temperature compensator ensures stable flow control.

2.2 Modular Valves

Features: Stack type, no piping required, standardized mounting surface conforming to ISO 4401, suitable for machine tools, special purpose machines, ships and steel mill equipment.
  • Series Range: 005, 01, 03, 06, 10 series
  • Max Operating Pressure: Up to 31.5 MPa (4570 psi) for 06 series; 25 MPa (3630 psi) for most series.
  • Max Flow Rate: Up to 1000 l/min (264 U.S. gpm) for 10 series; 500 l/min (132 U.S. gpm) for 06 series.
  • Key Models: MR*-10-A-30/3090, MR*-10-C-30/3090 (reducing valves); MPA-10-*-30/3090, MPB-10-*-30/3090 (pilot operated check valves); MSA-10-x-30/3090, MSB-10-x-30/3090 (throttle and check valves).

2.3 Proportional & Directional Control Valves

3. Hydraulic Motors

3.1 Piston Motors

  • Model: MP1-300-F-K-10
  • Specifications: Displacement 3031 cm³/rev, max speed 145 rpm, max working pressure 210 kgf/cm² (21 MPa), with key & short size shaft, suitable for 25-ton EBARA cranes.

3.2 Electric Motors (for Hydraulic Power Units)

M Series: Complies with IE3 energy efficiency, compatible with A/AR/A3H series piston pumps and PV2R series vane pumps; used with Yuken YA series high-efficiency, low-noise, compact hydraulic power units (35 models, 21 different options).

4. General Notes

  • Design Standards: Yuken products comply with three design standards: Japanese JIS (no suffix), European (80 standard), and North American (90/950 standard).
  • Fluid Requirements: Recommended hydraulic fluid is ISO VG 32 or VG 46 petroleum base oil; special seals (prefix “F-“) are required for phosphate ester fluids.
  • Contamination Control: Hydraulic fluid contamination should be within NAS 1638 Grade 11 (20 μm or less) to avoid component damage.
