1. Product Overview
YUKEN PV2R series vane pumps are high-pressure, high-performance hydraulic components specially developed for low-noise operation. They are widely used in injection molding machines, die-casting machines, construction machinery, machine tools and other industrial equipment, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy to provide stable oil supply for hydraulic systems. The internal spare parts of the pump adopt a cartridge kit structure, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and has a wide flow range to meet the needs of different working conditions.

The model naming rule of YUKEN PV2R series single vane pumps is as follows (taking PV2R1-6-L-RAA-43 as an example):

4. Key Notes

When the operating pressure exceeds 16 MPa, the shaft speed should be increased to more than 1450 r/min to ensure stable operation of the pump.

The maximum viscosity is limited when the pump starts at low speed; please refer to the hydraulic fluid specification for details.

The pump does not include pipe flange components; please select the corresponding flange kit according to the model when ordering (see the relevant specification for kit numbers).

Counterclockwise rotation pumps are available on request; please consult YUKEN for specific details.

For PV2R2-35, the parameters are reference values based on the PV2R2 series product specifications, which are consistent with the overall design standards of the series and can be adjusted according to actual order requirements.
