2520V series core features and technical specifications
Working pressure: The maximum continuous working pressure can reach 210 bar (about 3000 psi).
Structure: Double pump, which integrates two independent pump units in a housing and is driven by the same shaft, which can save space and realize multiple functions.
Blade design: The hydraulic balance design of “mother and child blades” is adopted to achieve high efficiency under high pressure, reduce wear and extend life.
Noise level: The optimized flow channel and 12-blade design make its operating noise very low, usually around 62 dB(A).
Installation and maintenance：
Inlet/outlet ports: flexible installation of four relative positions can be provided.
Pump core kit: Using a replaceable cartridge kit (pump core kit), there is no need to remove the entire pump from the system during maintenance, which greatly simplifies the maintenance process.
Applicable oil: It is recommended to use anti-wear hydraulic oil, the viscosity range is 17-37 mm2/s, and the oil temperature is recommended to be ≤55°C.
