Description

CBHST1-35 UNI Series Gear Pump

Product Overview

The CBHST1-35 UNI series gear pump is a high-efficiency hydraulic component designed for heavy-duty torque applications. Adopting advanced gear meshing technology and solid cast iron construction, this series complies with both ISO and UNI assembly dimension standards, featuring convenient rear and side oil port designs. It delivers exceptional long-term durability and operational efficiency, making it a reliable choice for various hydraulic systems.

Working Principle

As an internal meshing gear pump, the CBHST1-35 UNI series operates based on the internal meshing principle of gears. The driving internal gear on the main shaft drives the external gear to rotate in the same direction. At the inlet, the gears separate to form negative pressure, drawing in fluid. At the outlet, the continuous meshing of gears squeezes the fluid to realize stable output. A “crescent plate” on the pump cover separates the two gears on one side while they are closely attached on the other, ensuring smooth fluid transfer and efficient pressure build-up.

Core Advantages

  • High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Equipped with advanced gear meshing technology, the transmission efficiency is 3% higher than that of traditional hydraulic pumps. This significantly reduces energy consumption and operational costs while providing strong power for equipment.
  • Stable & Reliable Performance: Under 40 hours of continuous rigorous testing, the working pressure fluctuation is controlled within a narrow range, ensuring stable operation of the entire hydraulic system and minimizing downtime.
  • Wide Compatibility: Performance and accessories are fully compatible with major European and American brand products such as PGP 300, PGP 500, and PGP 600 series, simplifying maintenance and reducing repair costs.
  • Compact & Versatile Design: The compact structure and multiple oil port positions meet diverse installation needs. It is suitable for ultra-high viscosity oils and operates with low noise, adapting to complex working environments.

Application Fields

The CBHST1-35 UNI series gear pump is widely used in hydraulic systems of mobile chassis vehicles and industrial equipment, including but not limited to:
  • Dump trucks
  • Truck-mounted cranes
  • Aerial work platforms
  • Loading cranes
  • Municipal vehicles
  • Diesel and gas engines, chemical plants, power plants, and marine equipment
