5. Notes

  • The thrust screw and stopper are precision-adjusted at the factory during assembly; do not touch them arbitrarily.
  • An unload circuit is required when the motor is started under Y-delta condition; consult the agent for details on the unload circuit.
  • Before initial operation, put the pump discharge side into a no-load state, start and stop the motor repeatedly to bleed air, and then run no-load for at least 10 minutes.
  • The back pressure of the drain pipe due to pipe resistance should not exceed 14 psi; the drain pipe must be directly connected to below the tank fluid level.
